I work with clients who feel stuck; stuck in the emotion and negative thoughts associated with life's stressors. Clients, who are beginning to realize that there will always be the struggle of relationships or money matters or health concerns or..., yet understand that they can begin to develop a different outlook, belief system.
My focus is less on pathology and more on development; more on learning through adventure and experimentation than obsessively exploring past patterns. I endeavor to support a curious posture relative to emotional, physical and spiritual pain that looks at the experience as an opportunity for growth.
My specialties include: eating disorders, physical performance issues, addiction/recovery issues, adolescent acting out, divorce recovery, step-family dynamics, chronic pain, sex addiction and couples counseling. I have flexible hours including nights and weekends.
