I am a "relational" psychoanalyst who listens closely to my patient's stories, and engages in active dialogue with them. I also specialize in helping patients in crisis, severe distress, disabling anxiety, and life-threatening situations. I've enjoyed a successful career: in business: college professor; author; and psychoanalyst. I received my doctorate from Columbia University, and my post doctorate in psychoanalysis from Blanton-Peale Institute.
