Life happens to all of us, unfortunately, what to do when it does is a question that stumps many of us. My theoretical approach is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I'm a trained educator with an insatiable knack for helping people to deepen their understanding of mental health and ability to effectively deal with life's challenges (i.e. depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, ADHD, and relational discord).
