My goal is to work together to explore new tools and perspectives that support your inherent ability to grow. I specialize in working with people with chronic trauma and individuals that experience dissociation. I tailor my approach to each person and use a variety of tools within counseling which can include things like EMDR, expressive arts (art, music, books), and psychiatric rehabilitation strategies like proactive mental health care plans.
