Arbor Cove Therapy, LLC, exists to provide a safe space for individuals to resolve challenges and experience healing and growth. My work focuses on children and adolescents who struggle with emotional and behavioral issues. I also have a special love for working with adoptive families and the unique needs that the child and parents face. I have experience with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, AD/HD, behavior disorders, mood disorders, and parenting challenges.
I have been in practice for over 20-years. I have specialized training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trust Based Relational Interventions (TBRI), and equine therapy. I views clients through the lenses of Attachment Theory and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
When working with me, parents and adult testing clients can expect to be welcomed into a warm, supportive, and collaborative working relationship.
