My name is Lee-Anna Bardun. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 10 years of experience. Whether it is anxiety, depression, trauma, or just everyday life stress, I am here to listen with a nonjudgmental ear and help you to achieve your therapeutic goals. I have seen a large variety of clients. I am very comfortable working with clients who have a history of anxiety, depression, relationship problems, family issues, chronic stress, anger management problems, and PTSD.
I have an extensive background in substance use disorders and would feel comfortable working with clients who are in recovery and need support with maintaining long-term sobriety.
My approach to therapy is to learn about my clients to understand who they are and what they want to achieve in counseling. I often use cognitive behavioral, client-centered, and solutions-focused techniques, as well as motivational interviewing, psychoeducation, and positive psychology.
