Hello! I'm a licensed therapist in Huntington, seeing clients in person and online. The idea of therapy can sometimes be overwhelming, even more overwhelming then what lead you to search for a therapist in the first place. The truth is, however, that therapy can be whatever you need it to be. Whether something as big as a life transition or something as small as a series of bad days, the therapeutic relationship can be a tool for examining, venting, learning, or guiding. It is a nonjudgmental space where you can bring anything on your mind and find the support you need to move through and forward.
My therapeutic style can benefit individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, challenges with their family dynamic, and difficulties with low self-esteem. The goal is to empower you to work through your current issue and any future ones. We will start from where you are now and work towards where you are determined to go.
If you feel stuck, anxious or confused, let's meet to see if we are a good fit. I do not accept insurance but can provide a "superbill" for out of network benefits.
