Currently accepting waitlist. Leanne Thomas has been in clinical private practice for over 5 years and in the social work field since 2011. She uses a CBT framework focusing on our learned thought/behavior habits, challenging our inner narrative, and tuning into our most authentic selves. She finds it can also be helpful to incorporate a bit of neuroscience to help explain the "why behind the what" when it comes to our experience and mental health. We have a lot of control over how we want to construct our lives, and I am happy to help you feel empowered to do so.
