I work especially well with thoughtful, curious people who lean towards growth (or want to!) even in the midst of uncertainty, pain or ruptures in their relationships. Those that have experienced Childhood Trauma may notice issues with intimacy, loneliness/isolation, anxiety, depression, difficulty expressing emotions, interpersonal conflict, low self-esteem, and built up anger. These Adverse Childhood Experiences shape our early life and lay the foundation for harmful patterns regarding how we see ourselves, each other, and the world. Support from a professional can be a way to break cycles and tap into a better version of you.

With grace & tenacity, I help you identify how relational trauma you experienced is influencing you now in adulthood. In your formative years you may have been the victim of abuse, were exposed to drugs/violence, lost a parent due to divorce, death or abandonment, or had unreliable, cold or overbearing parents. And now you are ready to live beyond your past.

I bring expertise & experience with trauma, as well as an ear for deep listening to address the complicated domino affects of a difficult childhood.
