I have a passion for working with people who have multiple challenges such as ADHD combined with anxiety/depression. I utilize a non-judgmental and validating approach while also supporting and encouraging positive changes. My goal is to empower you to gain a greater sense of strength and agency in your life and, ultimately, to become your own coach.
