I have experience working in a variety of settings (outpatient settings and home and community-based care) and with a wide variety of populations such as individuals living with co-occurring conditions, disabilities, serious mental illnesses, depression, anxiety, trauma, addictions, and justice-involved individuals.
My philosophy of counseling is grounded in a belief that humans are inherently social creatures; we are all bound by our relationships (to others, Self, our environments, and society at large). In turn, our capacity for healing is influenced by these relationships and the quality of those connections.
