Groups
Anger Management Classes/Groups
This anger management group is for self-referrals and/or court mandated individuals operating on a 8-12 week cycle. Participants receive a court approved certificate upon completion. This group provides psychoeducation by utilizing a structured curriculum and allowing all group members to discuss their own real life situations to gain insight on how to better manage their emotions, self awareness and how to improve interpersonal relationships. Anger Management classes can also be completed individually at a different rate based on your needs and pace.
