My clinical background includes working with those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, and grief. I draw from a variety of frameworks with a focus on ACT, CBT, DBT, IFS, and Mindfulness. I am also a practitioner of yoga and incorporate yogic philosophy and healing movement into sessions as well.
I believe therapy can be a tool to help move clients toward a more balanced life. Having been there myself, I know the courage it takes to seek help, and I applaud you for taking the time to do this very important act of self love.
