I strive to create a stimulating, comfortable, and safe place for people to be vulnerable. I tend to have a relaxed conversational style, while using evidenced based materials and approaches. I am committed to jumping in the muck with you so we can find solutions together.
I have 15 years of experience in the behavioral health and addiction field working with adolescents and adults in individual and group therapy. I have specialized training in treating anxiety and OCD with CBT and ExRP therapies. I have a special interest in working with individuals and couples dealing with infertility or difficulties building a family.
