I work from a multi-faceted, trauma informed and holistic lens. In working with me, you will be able to safely explore the causes of your experience and foster understanding, connection and reflection. In exploring personal narratives, new perceptions can be formed and old patterns reorganized, to ultimately feel more at home in our bodies and in the world.
I often encourage safe risk taking to foster vulnerability and learning of new skills. Warmth, curiosity and a sense of humor are essential parts of my therapeutic process.
