I have seven years of experience as a clinician in the mental health field. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, motivation, depression, self-esteem, confidence and so much more. We will use a CBT-approach paired with DBT, specifically focusing on mindfulness, setting goals and establishing a self-care routine.
