I have a range of experience working with individuals in clinical, medical, and educational settings. I have extensive training in evidence-based approaches for a range of psychiatric diagnoses and use interventions within cognitive-behavioral (CBT), dialectical behavior (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapies (ACT).
