My name is Leah R Jones, Mental Health Professional at Holistically Divine Counseling. I earned my Master’s of Arts in Art Therapy and Counseling from the School of The Art Institute of Chicago. I believe all humans are unique and have significance in the world. Our experiences shape who we are and impact how we show up for ourselves and others. There are times when we are faced with challenges that may be difficult to process and understand. It is my mission to guide others along their journey to gain clarity, healing, and become their best self!
I offer art based psychotherapy which can be helpful to anyone. My counseling style involves art making and talk therapy to help one visualize, reflect and understand what they are challenged with. Along with many other approaches, I utilize person-centered, mindfulness, narrative, CBT and creative therapy.
I enjoy supporting adolescents, teens, emerging adults, adults and older adults. I value authenticity and respect within the therapeutic relationship.
