I have over 20 years of clinical experience helping people with their mental health. I treat a range of issues including depression, anxiety, disordered eating, and work and relationship dissatisfaction. I am warm, welcoming, and an attentive listener and I elucidate conflicts, concerns and worries so that my clients can make meaningful changes in their lives. My training is in psychoanalysis with a focus on development. Many people find this approach to be helpful in addressing longstanding and unresolved problems. I have great respect for each individual and work collaboratively with them on their goals.
Because of my psychoanalytic training, I have a broad perspective on human behavior. I help my clients develop flexible thinking about themselves so that they can navigate their life in productive ways. I enjoy working with young adults looking to define themselves. My space and personality is calm and conducive to self reflection and growth.
I look forward to getting to know you and working together in a meaningful way.
