I am a Navy veteran and understand the hardships that life can bring. I too struggled with addiction and have found a new life full of happiness and positive relationships by getting out from under the burden of addiction. I have decided to dedicate my life to helping others find their best self. I also have a passion for working with adolescents who feel they are struggling with family, school and peer relations.
I provide recovery through mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapies, and integrative mind, body, spirit modalities of healing. I value the therapeutic process where real change is encouraged to happen. I provide a non-judgemental, safe environment while fostering a relationship anchored in compassion, empathy, trust and respect.
