In addition to my qualifications as a therapist, I have a background in art and performance, and I love to work with artists, writers, animators, editors, directors, and actors to support their creative goals. I also have years of experience in Somatic Therapy, which addresses the physical symptoms of emotions.
Many people experience behaviors or compulsions—usually based on past traumas—that negatively impact their daily lives. Somatic Therapy is a form of healing this trauma in the body. It is especially helpful in decreasing compulsive behaviors, including addiction, and cultivating a sense of safety in one's body.
