My personal and professional experience has created a deep passion for helping individuals with eating disorders, trauma, and co-occurring mental health disorders. My purpose as a therapist is providing a safe place for my clients to feel understood and supported on their path to personal growth and recovery. I aim to help my clients heal through a compassionate and client-centered approach tailored to meet each client's needs ensuring that you as a client feel seen and heard.
I specialize in working with clients who are struggling with eating disorders, body dysmorphia, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I am a Health At Every Size (HAES) therapist who is gender-affirming and I have previous experience working with clients in a residential and PHP/IOP eating disorder treatment facility.
