There are many reasons clients decide to work with a therapist. I work with children, teens, and adults and welcome the opportunity to explore life’s challenges alongside you. I recognize the courage it takes to explore history and patterns, and it is my goal to create a space of hope and connection within the therapeutic relationship.
My passion for mental health awareness is shaped by the many students I have taught and mentored in my 25 years of teaching. While mentoring teens, I worked alongside high school students, Finding ways to manage stress, learning coping strategies, utilizing inherent strengths, are some of the ways I work with clients learning to navigate life’s challenges.
Recognizing one's unique contributions, maintaining healthy relationships, finding meaning and purpose in life all contribute to a life well-lived.
