I am a trained EMDR therapist and incorporate this into my practice for clients struggling with unresolved trauma, anxiety/depression, grief/loss, among many other life struggles.
I focus on offering guidance to individuals as they navigate unresolved trauma, grief, self-esteem challenges, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I offer a compassionate approach, focusing on your unique issues and goals. Not only addressing the problem but treating the whole person.
