Are you feeling overwhelmed with anxiety or depression? Have you faced challenging situations in the past that still affect your well-being? Do you often feel lonely or disconnected, even when with others? No matter how you arrived here, therapy can offer an opportunity for growth and self-compassion. My intention is to create a compassionate, & empowering space to gently explore the responses & experiences that have grown uncomfortably heavy. I am a trained EMDR therapist and incorporate this into my practice for clients struggling with unresolved trauma, anxiety/depression, grief/loss, among many other life struggles.
I focus on offering guidance to individuals as they navigate unresolved trauma, grief, self-esteem challenges, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I offer a compassionate approach, focusing on your unique issues and goals. Not only addressing the problem but treating the whole person.
I believe therapy offers a sacred space where something mystical unfolds - it invites you to courageously explore your unique narrative and emotions. It is a sanctuary where vulnerability is met with empathy, where healing and growth can take root and blossom.
