I do not want therapy to just be a bunch of "How does that make you feel" statements but instead a dialogue of understanding yourself, your needs and how to become your best self.

My goal is for you to leave our sessions feeling confident that you have the tools you need to take control of your life. I adapt each session to meet you at your point of need and provide practical steps you can take to reach your desired goals.
