I have been working with children, adults, couples, and families since the start of 2023. In my work, I use cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and systems approaches. Before Road to Growth, my prior experience included work in mental health, educational, and community outreach settings. I specialize in addressing trauma, depression, anxiety, and maladaptive coping behaviors.
With a background in social work, I am especially aware of how our personal relationships, as well as the communities we’re a part of, shape how we move through the world. My passion is to advocate for and empower individuals, families, and communities.
