My name is Leah Carroll, and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have over 20 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have worked with adults, couples, families, children, and teens, and I specialize in helping clients work through anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stressors/transitions.
I have been very fortunate to get to work with people at all stages of life. I find myself drawn most to working with adults, teens, and couples. I have years of experience helping clients to process trauma, work through life stressors and life transitions, and build skills for managing depression and anxiety.
In the first session, we will discuss what to expect from the therapy process and we will begin to identify goals. We will also discuss a client’s history and what is bringing them into treatment so I can better understand where they’re coming from and how I can help.
