Leah Blankenship (pronouns: she/her) is an experienced licensed professional counselor, who works with children, adolescents, adults, and groups. Her specialty interests include: women’s, men’s, and gender issues; career development; addictions; and trauma. She integrates art therapy, positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), gestalt, and multicultural counseling into practice. Leah completed her bachelor’s degree at Indiana Wesleyan University in pre-art therapy, earning a dual bachelor’s degree in psychology and studio art. She completed her master’s degree in counseling and art therapy at Ursuline College. Leah is passionate about utilizing a holistic health approach to promote wellness for all individuals.
Leah’s approach is collaborative, client-centered, & multicultural, believing authenticity & mutual respect are foundational to promoting transformative growth.
