I hope to create a space for you to feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore and express yourself. It is my priority to develop an understanding of where you're coming from and where you want to go. You deserve compassion, care, and support.
I will work collaboratively with you, because you are the expert of your story. In our sessions, we will examine how your past informs your present experience, how different parts of you are contributing to how you experience the world, and introduce ways of thinking to help you move forward on your terms.
In addition to my clinical training, I bring my prior experiences as an artist, filmmaker, and teacher to my work as a counselor.
