I have been working as a licensed clinician in a variety of settings for over 25 years. My philosophy is to help individuals to identify their strengths, their learning and thought patterns, and help them to achieve personal goals. I believe that all people have the right to feel happy and to be successful in this world, and recognize that there are many obstacles that may interfere. I am very interested in the role of movement and nature in mental health, and offer walk/run/outdoor therapy as well as telehealth. In addition, I am trained in CBT, DBT, mindfulness, IFS therapy and traditional psychotherapy.
I have an extensive history working with children, adults, families and schools. I am currently accepting teen and adult patients, and offer the option of outdoor walking/running therapy. I have extensive training and experience in trauma, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, domestic violence, developmental issues and school related issues.
