I genuinely care about working with others who are striving to find a sense of wholeness and connection. I work with individuals and couples who might be struggling to reach resolution, accept themselves, or find internal peace of mind. I am partial to using an attachment based approach with clients. However, depending on their situation, I'm more than happy to make adjustments as needed. I am offering TelementaI Health Services right now, as well as in person. I also offer mental health counseling in the following areas: major depressive disorder, grief and loss, anxiety disorders, adjustment issues, relationship distress, and other issues related to existential struggle.
I enjoy working with many different people, but if I had to narrow it down to three areas, I would choose: working with couples/relationships, teens, and those who are struggling with feeling whole/like one's authentic self.
