I strive to promote healing, offering a safe and nurturing environment that fosters self-compassion, collaboration, self-understanding, and an appreciation of the diverse and resilient individuals that we are.

I have a special understanding of different cultures, and understand the importance of a client's culture and background. I understand the importance of finding the right, multi-disciplinary approach tailored to the needs of my clients that takes into consideration background, unique life experiences, and what my clients want to change.

I have a special interest in working with individuals recovering from trauma. I have experience in working with individuals struggling with depression, anger, relationship issues, anxiety, personality disorders, and life transitions. I utilize empirically supported treatments in working together with my clients to help them live more of the life they want.
