Sometimes life feels overwhelming and it can be easy to lose your balance. My goal is to create a brave, judgment-free space where we can dive into whatever's on your mind. My approach to counseling is deeply rooted in the belief that each individual possesses a unique life story, deserving of personalized care and attention. I work with clients of all ages navigating anxiety and depression, trauma, difficult relationships, or stressful life transitions.
I have an integrative, client-centered process, and utilize approaches that are strengths-based, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and trauma informed. I especially enjoy working with teens and young adults, but have extensive Play Therapy training that allows me to provide specialized care to children that embraces the natural expression and creativity of childhood.
