I want to work with regular people that simply need a place to talk in confidence about what they are experiencing in their lives. The value of therapy is that it can be a space to be fully yourself and be gently curious about how you may want to change.
I consider myself a generalist and I try to tailor my approach to each client’s circumstances. I do have particular interests in Humanistic and Person-Centered Therapy, Existential Psychology, Focusing, Motivational Interviewing, Gestalt-informed Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
