Eclectic - my toolbox borrows from methods of therapy that allow us to custom-tune what works for you! Also, a focus on today, what can be done very soon! With findings of neuroscience. we can "rewire" our means of handling routine or tough issues. DBT, MI, CBT, SFBT, Systems and Reality Choice Theory are my defaults, and some narrative therapy.
2024 brings to you several routes to my help; websites for adult, insurance, family services provide sliding scale, insurance or subscription options.
