I have had the privilege of working in public-service related jobs during my career years and I continue the joy of serving others as a Licensed Professional Counselor. My passion is to help individuals gain mastery over their lives in order to live a more balanced life with a healthy self- image. I assist individuals, couples, and families sort out events, beliefs, etc., that may be keeping them stuck from having a more satisfied and fulfilled life.
I work with a diverse client population of cultures, backgrounds, ethnicities, ages, veterans and active military (seven years veteran exclusive). I work with clients suffering from trauma(s), anxiety, depression, grief, stress, domestic violence survivors and sexual abuse survivors. I also assist with life coaching, career counseling and life transitions.
In my practice I utilize a number of modalities of therapy including cognitive behavior, play therapy, sand tray therapy, EMDR, and LENS neurofeedback, to name a few.
