I work primarily with adult males who are dealing with depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and anxiety. My approach is integrative, combining the structured and goal-oriented nature of CBT, the trauma-focused methodology of EMDR, and the depth-oriented insights of psychoanalysis.
