It is my goal to provide the support needed as clients work through their past issues and move towards a more empowered future. I take a holistic approach to treatment with an emphasis on spiritual, physical, emotional, and psychological development. I strongly believe in the capacity for change and have been amazed by the obstacles that I have seen clients overcome.
I am an Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience. Some of my areas of special focus include depression, anxiety, spiritual development, relationship issues, and trauma. In my work, I utilize a variety of approaches and focus on interpersonal, relational, and cognitive-behavioral interventions.
I am very collaborative in my work and firmly believe that the client is the "expert" when it comes to his/her own life and experiences. With compassion and understanding, I work with each client to help them identify their growth areas and build on their strengths as they reach their personal goals.
