I believe that taking care of one’s mental health is vital. My goal is to create a safe environment where clients can freely express themselves and receive support tailored to their needs. Being a human is difficult these days, and sometimes we need some extra help to navigate our lives.
My approach to therapy is integrative and based in cognitive behavioral therapy. I have also been trained in EMDR, mindfulness, and Reiki. I have experience working with people struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, eating disorders, abuse, ADHD, life transitions, grief, family issues, peer relationships, self-esteem, and stress.
