Welcome! My expertise is in anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, grief, stress management, and promoting healthy and strong interpersonal relationships. I can assist in healing from divorce and working through issues related to perinatal or postpartum depression/anxiety and parenting. I also offer experience and a passion for working with the unique and complex stressors of military service members, first responders, aviation professionals and their families. I enjoy working with college students and adults 18 and up, and I will create a treatment plan specifically tailored for you.
I utilize many modalities, depending on your individual needs. I am a person- centered and strengths based therapist who primarily uses a cognitive-behavioral approach to help clients identify harmful patterns in their lives. I am also trained in CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) - an evidence based modality for treating trauma and PTSD.
