I work with children, adolescents, and adults incorporating integrative techniques (e.g., expressive therapies, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, somatic approaches, and attachment based therapy) to offer an approach that feels most effective for each individual. I am also passionate about couple work!
