Mother's Support Group
Over the last 20 years of working with children. I have found in families, Mothers need the most support. Women need a place to talk to other women, about their daily struggles. Many feelings exist throughout the day managing kids, partners, domestic chores, and careers. Our thoughts can be overwhelming, and we struggle to calm our minds. The mother's support group meets once a week. Discussions will include tips on improving communication, managing behaviors, anxiety, social skills, and building self-esteem. ? Mothers will feel the support from other group members and enjoy time in a peaceful garden. Experience Art and Sand tray Therapy.

Women's Creative Art workshop
If you're a creative person or want more creativity in your life. Join us in the garden to relax and create art. You can start a new project or work on something you want to finish but feel stuck. Most supplies are available, such as paint, journals, draw, paint, collages, or sand tray. We will start with a guided meditation and members can find a spot in the garden or stay cozy inside. Any artwork can be processed in the last 30 mins. Individual sessions are also available with a board-certified art therapist and marriage and family therapist.
