I have a great passion for therapy and self-care. I encourage all of my clients to be themselves, discuss anything they feel is bothering them. My approach to therapy is Solution-Focused. I make an effort to collaborate with clients to find personalized solutions to each person’s individual problems. I incorporate feedback, positive self-talk and conversation, building and maintaining rapport as well as a positive therapeutic relationship, and tracking one’s progress throughout sessions.
In therapy, I encourage people to be 100% themselves. Therapy is a journey that should encourage you to be free to share your feelings, and whatever circumstances are causing distress in your life can be communicated within a safe space. Your thoughts, feelings, goals, emotions, and insight matter and I am here to listen and guide you along the way.
