In addition to psychotherapy, I am trained/certified in KAP and Safe and Sound protocol. I have extensive experience in the treatment of trauma, anxiety disorders, and depression. I am certified to provide ketamine assisted therapy for the reduction of depressive symptoms, trauma related symptoms and other forms of mental distress. I am also certified in an intervention that provides recalibration of the nervous system.
I believe that the therapeutic work lies in understanding the root cause of our issues, and together we will work to discover this through a strong, comfortable and trusting therapeutic relationship.
