I also utilize a collaborative, non-judgmental approach to see what skills may be bets suited to help during these challenges.
I provide telehealth therapy to college students, young adults looking to manage stress and anxiety. While using evidence-based practices with a collaborative approach, we will find what works best to work towards your goals. Most of my experience involves Motivational Interviewing and Person-Centered Therapy to help with learning, navigating symptoms.
