Each therapist at Footprints offers their own unique lens and style of treatment that we fit to each patient's needs. I am open to any patient that is ready to heal from internal wounds whether they are aware of them or not. Those that are ready to increase their self-awareness and are open to growth even if they are unsure where to start. I view treatment from a trauma focused lens and work with the patient to identify the root of their need for substances and to decrease symptoms such as anxiety, depression, PTSD. I utilize various methods including EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, DBT, and CBT in my work.
I can help heal trauma and trauma related symptoms through EMDR/Brainspotting as well as incorporating CBT, DBT, and IFS based on the individuals needs.
