Have you struggled with making sense of your story and wonder how to move forward with your life as it is today? I am a licensed clinical professional counselor in Maryland with 20 years experience listening to peoples' stories with compassion, kindness and support. I enjoy helping my clients gain understanding into how their past impacts the present and then use that insight to move towards a better future by choosing healthier thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I have helped many people struggling with issues like depression, anxiety, anger management, mood disorders and trauma.
My counseling style is compassionate and non-judgmental, but I will also challenge and encourage you as you work towards change. I believe in empowering my clients by giving them the tools and skills they seek to live a healthier and more satisfying life. I think that insight is important but more critical is what you do with that insight once gained.
