I bring a holistic approach to therapy that draws upon relational psychoanalysis and depth psychology, contemplative and mindfulness practices, feminine psychology and somatic awareness. I hold space for the healing of the body, mind, and soul through deep reflection on one's past and present, relational patterns, and exploration into the hidden, unconscious parts of self through desires and narratives that emerge in dream and fantasy.
My particular experience is in working with the trauma of religious, spiritual, and sexual abuse, loss and grief, the journey into motherhood (matrescence), women's mysteries, life transitions, addiction and codependence recovery. I support a personal and transpersonal path toward wholeness drawing from humanistic and archetypal wisdom.
I was born and raised in Northern Ireland, and hold a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from the City University of New York. I now reside in the Catskills, upstate New York.
