I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and EMDR therapy for recovery of trauma, PTSD, childhood trauma, anxiety and phobias. I believe therapy is a partnership, allowing you to understand your needs, discover your strengths and develop resilience while setting the goals you want to accomplish.
