I love working with teenagers and young adults. These clients need support and guidance as they navigate relationship issues, family difficulties, and transitioning from the teenage years into early adulthood. There are so many challenges faced by individuals during this stage of life, and often they find themselves navigating through this season with little or no support.
I offer unconditional acceptance and support to help individuals in whatever life challenges they are facing. I love to assist client's in recognizing and challenging negative thoughts and beliefs that are impacting emotions and behaviors, and teach them new ways of thinking that will have a positive impact on their lives.
As part of Chenal Family Therapy PLC, I consult with our team of therapists and psychiatrists who specialize in different issues, ensuring that all possible treatment approaches are considered. If we encounter problems outside my areas of expertise, I can provide seamless referrals, including testing and medication management, to get you the needed help.
